(Wheatfield, NY) Brachmann Racing, LLC is ready for a return to the dirt tracks of the Northeast with slightly different plans in 2007. Emphasis will be placed on the 358 division on 2007, with weekend home tracks being Ransomville Speedway on Friday and Pete Bicknell’s Merrittville Speedway on Saturday. Chad is a 4-time track champion at Ransomville in the Sportsman Division (1996, 1999, 2000, 2001) and picked up a nice 358 win there in 2006, finishing in the top 5 in points. Chad also piloted his way to 3 Sportsman titles at Merrittville Speedway (1999, 2000 and 2001.

The decision was made as a result of some inconsistencies with the Big Block motor program along with a purse change at Canandaigua Speedway. There will be select visits to Big Block races, including visits to Rolling Wheels Raceway and Super DIRT Series events. Syracuse during Super DIRT Week is tentatively planned as well.

The Original Pizza Logs #3 Bicknell will be racing weekly towards the championship at Ransomville and Merrittville Speedways, as well as making stops on the Lucas Oil Series powered by DirtTrackDigest.com. Early season events will include the 76’er at Grandview and the Lernerville Speedway opener. Plans also definitely include Super DIRT Week in the 358 Modified.

The season starts early however, as Brachmann Racing will be present at the CarQuest show in Syracuse representing Ransomville Speedway, and will also be in the Original Pizza Logs Racing display along with Jipp Ortiz’s #0 car in front of Old Navy and Adidas in the Fashion Outlets of Niagara Falls at the end of March.
